Steve looks over the board and realizes he could quickly take over another planet. He currently has a Carrier carrying a Ground Force unit and a PDS, in the system with the "B" Wormhole.

If he activates the system on the other side of the Wormhole he can add a planet. So he activates the other system and moves his Carrier in to invade the planet "Quann".

Steve adds the planet card for "Quann", face-down, in his player area.
